Takeout menu design for local seafood/ice cream stand on Sebago Lake, Maine. I was provided their current logo with no other branding system or typography. I took their logo's use of Cooper Black as the main source of inspiration behind the rest of the menu's type hierarchy. Cooper's bubbly letterforms—combined with its naturally friendly and vintage feel—were leveraged to create a design that mimicked ice cream as it melts down your cone. Using Cooper Black, Cooper Nouvea, Heinberg, and Quicksand allowed for information to be layered and textured much like the list of ice cream flavors customers get to choose from.
